Offering recruitment services for members of non-profit Boards, retained search counsel for executive and senior staff, independent executive counsel, and transition coaching.

1986-1990 - Regional Manager - TEAM RESOURCES, INC. Opened the first regional office for this management development firm; provided search and selection counsel to religious and secular non-profit organizations as well as to for-profit companies, both religious and general trade.

1985 - Marketing Consultant - DAN RICH & ASSOCIATES. Conducted marketing audits, surveys and services for non-profit clients, particularly in the Christian arena. Developed marketing plans for clients.
